Concord acquires British independent music company Ninja Tune Records

Independent music company Concord has acquired British electronic and dance music indie Ninja Tune Records, the company founded in 1990 by artists Matt Black and Jonathan More (aka Coldcut), in an agreement that includes both the record label and its publishing division.
