Chrysalis Records seals global distribution deal with Secretly Distribution

London-based independent record company Chrysalis Records, part of the Reservoir group of companies, has signed a new agreement with Secretly Distribution, part of Secretly Group.

The deal covers physical and digital global distribution for the label’s frontline releases. Future projects include new recordings from Laura Marling, Emeli Sandé, Ben Harper, William The Conqueror, The Wandering Hearts, and new signings Marika Hackman & Gia Ford, among others.

Influence Media acquires pre-2021 recorded music rights from Enrique Iglesias

Recording artist and songwriter Enrique Iglesias has sold a bundle of music rights to assets management platform Influence Media Partners. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed by a Bloomberg report estimates the deal to be in the "none figure" range.

The partnership deal covers his pre-2021 recorded music rights including his independent masters and the recorded music royalties going through Universal Music, along with Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rights.

Reservoir and Mushroom Music sign grentperez to a global publishing deal

NASDAQ-listed music company Reservoir Media has teamed with Australia's independent music publisher Mushroom Music, to co-sign Australian singer-songwriter grentperez to a worldwide publishing deal that includes his entire catalogue and future works.
