Jérôme Roger retires from French neighbouring rights society SPPF to be replaced by Arthur de Rohan-Chabot

Jérôme Roger, Managing Director of the French neighbouring rights society SPPF, has announced his decision to retire after 30 years at the helm of the organisation which collects and distributes royalties for the use of sound recordings on behalf of independent music companies.
