ASCAP sues four US radio groups for failing to secure a license to play music

The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) has filed infringement lawsuits against four separate radio groups operating a total of 15 stations following what the US rights organisation described as their "continued failure to comply with US copyright law by broadcasting ASCAP songwriter and publisher works without a valid license."
