Global Music Rights sues Music Choice for alleged willful infringement

Privately-owned US music rights society Global Music Rights (GMR) has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit in the US District Court for the Central District of California against online radio operator Music Choice for “repeatedly and willfully" infringing upon GMR repertoire. ADAMI’s collections grew 3.47% in 2025 to €94.9 million; members approve joint venture with SCPP
