Primary Wave Music and Brookfield raise $2.225 billion through IP Fund 4

Independent publisher and music assets management firm Primary Wave Music, in partnership with Brookfield Asset Management, have closed Primary Wave Music IP Fund 4, which received total commitments of $2.225 billion. IP Fund 4 was backed by an investor base that includes insurance companies, pension funds, endowments, and large family offices. It's the fourth consecutive oversubscribed Primary Wave Fund.
