Round Hill Music plans to raise $375m via an IPO on the London Stock Market

RHM will make the jump through Round Hill Music Royalty Fund, based in Guernsey. Primary Wave Music has announced a partnership with legendary singer, songwriter, and producer Stevie Van Zandt, in a "multi-million dollar deal" that will see Primary Wave manage Van Zandt’s music publishing and recorded music catalogues, as well as a portion of his name and likeness rights.
