California-based singer and songwriter Greg Perry has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Manhattan in which he alleges that the track 'The Box' from US rapper Roddy Ricch infringed the copyright of his 1975 song 'Come On Down (Get Your Head Out Of The Clouds)' by engaging in “a complete duplication” of parts his song without a proper license, nor compensation.
